As you use MapWith.Us, you will notice that some links appear no matter what page of the site you are visiting. These are the links to the major areas of the site. This page describes what you can expect to find at each of these areas.

 

The Tabs

The Tabs are the main navigation mechanism of the site. Their links appear on all of the pages near the top of the screen in the blue area. The currently selected tab will be highlighted in a lighter shade of blue than the others. This page summarizes what each tab is for and what you might expect to find there.

Home Tab
The Home Tab acts as the site landing page. On the Home Tab, you will find our animated Flash® introductions and links to more information about the different services that we offer. Additionally, you will find a link to more information about our mobile products and another to take a Tour of the site.
My Page Tab
If you like the idea of an optimized map viewing session, the My Page Tab is the place for you. Here you will find custom listings of maps. Each listing is dynamically updated, to bring you the latest and greatest maps from MapWith.Us, organized by common search criteria such as featured maps, recently updated maps, and maps by our most active users.
Maps Tab
The Maps Tab is your one-stop destination for finding and viewing maps. Here you can perform advanced searches on our database of public maps, or just sit back and enjoy our advanced toolset for interacting with other people's maps.
Creator Tab
Our Creator Tab is where inspiration reaches its fruition. Our custom map making tools provide the perfect solution for getting your content onto a map that you can share, email, embed, print, use for advertising or promotions, or just document experiences and memories with. If making maps is your game, the Creator Tab will be your star player.
Profile Tab
Use the Profile Tab to manage your settings, maps, subscriptions, and personal profile. You can also use the Profile Tab to add new friends or view the profiles of your existing friends and see what they've been viewing and creating on MapWith.Us.

    The Business Solutions pages provide an overview of the services and features that we can offer to your business or website. For more information about our business solutions, check out our Business Solutions documentation.
  • Mobile Applications
    Our Mobile Applications page provides an overview of the features and capabilities of our mobile products. It also provides a listing of supported and soon to be supported handsets. You can find more information about our mobile products on our Mobile documentation page.
  • Development Blog
    The MapWith.Us Blog is the place to find great information about all things MapWith.Us including new feature roll-outs, current projects and collaborations, information about our mobile products, and the latest MapWith.Us news.

Assistance and Feedback

  • Help & Documentation
    Questions deserve to find their answers. The best place to find the answers to your questions is in our Help Section. Our help section is organized much like the site is. To find information about something in a particular area of the site, look at the help section for that page. If you aren't sure where to look, try searching for your answer with the search box near the upper-left of the help section. The FAQ help section is also a great place to look for information about a specific question that might not be covered elsewhere.
  • Take the Tour
    New to the site? The Tour is a great place to start. The tour will walk you through everything you need to know to start creating and sharing content-rich maps with the world.
  • Contact Us
    Following the contact us link is the quickest way to provide us with feedback or contact us regarding a particular question or concern. We appreciate your feedback and concerns and strive to respond to all correspondence within 24 hours.
  • Report a Bug
    Notice something strange? Please let us know! By clicking on the Bug Report link, you can let us know about the problem you ran into. By submitting bug reports, you help us provide the best possible product to the MapWith.Us community.

    When the free standard account is no longer meeting your needs or you are just curious about what our other account options can offer, check out our different upgrade options.

    When you sign up for a new membership, you agree to abide by the terms of use for our site. You can access these terms at any time by following the Terms of Use link.
  • Privacy Policy
    At MapWith.Us, we take the privacy of our users seriously and believe in being completely transparent regarding the data we store and how we use it. You can access and read our privacy policy at any time by following the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of every page on the MapWith.Us site.
